The Paradis vert Restaurant
A restaurant surrounded by nature
Make the most of a walk or weekend break to come and discover the source and its surrounding area. Known as “Le Paradis Vert”, this small haven of tranquillity lives up to its name, offering a privileged setting in which to relax and recharge your batteries. To better welcome you, the 19th century pavilion that housed the original spring (Source Claire) has been completely renovated, and now houses the restaurant, shop and Water Museum.
The restaurant’s bright and spacious dining room with seating for 80 guests is the ideal place for your family gatherings.
Paul POULAILLON has passed on his know-how to his staff, who serve quality dishes made from selected produce with great flair. Two of the local specialities, namely fried carp and frogs’ legs, cannot fail to whet your appetite and delight your taste buds.
As soon as the fine weather sets in, you can eat on the terrace, with its views over the unspoilt natural site surrounding the spring. A true haven of tranquillity, where you can relax and unwind after the hustle and bustle of a busy week.
The restaurant is only open for bookings every Saturday evening and Sunday lunchtime, (and subject to prior booking, from the middle of February to the middle of October, and from Tuesday to Saturday(only for groups and also subject to prior booking).. (exceptionally, the restaurant can also cater for groups of 20 people or more)..
